- Cancel or change your order within 2 hours of placing it
- Cancelled in time? You get a full refund
- After 2 hours your order is in production and can't be cancelled or changed
- A problem with the item you receive is covered by our Replacement & Refund policy
The rule
You have 2 hours from placing your order to cancel it or change it. After that, your order goes into production: each item is made just for you, so it can't be cancelled or changed any more.
Changing your order
Need to fix a name, swap a photo, change the size or update your address? Within 2 hours, send us a change request or email [email protected] with your order number and exactly what to change.
During busy seasons, design changes can add a little time to production.
Cancelling your order
Within 2 hours, send us a cancellation request or email [email protected] with your order number. We cancel it and refund the full amount, shipping included, to your original payment method — see refund times.
