Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday (US Eastern Time), except on US holidays: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day (moved to Friday or Monday when they fall on a weekend). Processing starts once your order is confirmed.
You can change your design or shipping address, or cancel the order, within 2 hours of placing it — see our Cancellation & Modification policy.
Production time
Every item is printed to order with your personalization, so it needs time to be made before it ships.

Shipping time
Shipping time starts when your order leaves our production partner.

International orders may take longer if the parcel is held at customs. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient.
Shipping rates
You choose the method at checkout. The first item is charged at the full rate; each extra item in the same order adds only the extra-item rate. When an order mixes products, the highest first-item rate applies once.

Tracking your order
When your order ships we email you a tracking number. It can take 3–5 days for the carrier to show the first scan.
Orders with several items may ship in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.
Address & delivery issues
- Please double-check your shipping address. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout; re-shipping them may cost extra.
- Canvas, posters and metal signs can't be delivered to PO boxes.
- If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or says delivered but you didn't receive it, email us at [email protected] and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays, weather and customs are outside our control.
