Description
This personalized yoga mat pairs a butterfly with a birth month flower and the reminder "Your Mind Is A Powerful Thing." It captures the quiet moment before a session begins, when a positive mindset matters as much as any pose, and it makes your practice space feel like your own.
It is a thoughtful birthday gift for a friend who loves yoga, or a kind treat to give yourself as you keep up with mindfulness and self-care.
To make it yours, choose one of 10 background styles, add a name, and pick a birth flower from 24 options, such as Carnation, Snowdrop or Primrose.
