How long can the text be? Up to 65 characters. Letters, numbers and most symbols print as typed.
How does the AI cartoon portrait work? Upload a photo and our AI turns it into a cartoon portrait in about 20 seconds. The result appears on the live preview before you order; change the photo as often as you like, and we print the version you see.
What photo works best? A sharp, well-lit photo with your loved one facing the camera and filling most of the frame. One loved one per photo, no heavy filters; other people or pets in the shot can end up in the picture.
Do you keep my original photo? Yes. It stays with your order next to the AI picture, so we can check the print against it.
Will it look like the preview? Yes. The live preview is drawn from the same file we print, so names, characters and colors come out as you set them.
