Description
This personalized birth flower acrylic plaque turns a family into a bouquet. Each flower stands for one person, so Grandma's Garden grows with every child and grandchild. Together they make a small garden of the people she loves.
It is a thoughtful Mother's Day gift for grandma or mom, and it suits a whole family giving together. The garden theme fits the names grandmas are called, such as Mimi's Garden.
You design the bouquet yourself. Choose from 25 birth flowers, such as carnation, snowdrop or iris, and include from 1 to 15 flowers. Pick one of six titles, including Grandma’s Garden and Mimi's Garden, or write your own title of up to 30 characters. You can also choose between the 4.9 inch and 5.9 inch sizes.
