Description
This personalized ceramic plate carries a simple, heartfelt line—First Mom Now Grandma—that captures the moment a mother becomes a grandmother too, celebrating both roles she plays for the family.
It makes a lovely gift for Mom or Grandma, especially around Mother's Day or Christmas, when the whole family wants to honor her.
Personalize it by choosing the title, either Mom or your own wording, then pick a style and add each kid's name, plus a style and name for each grandkid, so the plate reflects her real family.
