Description
This personalized plant pot for grandma celebrates a title she wears with pride: “Blessed To Be Called Grandma.” Add a flower for every grandchild, and the pot grows into a small bouquet of the family she loves.
It is a lovely Mother's Day gift for a mom who is now a grandma. It also works for a birthday or Christmas, especially for a grandmother with a green thumb or a deep sense of faith and gratitude.
Choose anywhere from 1 to 10 flowers, and the design redraws to fit. Set the birth month, then choose the flowers from 24 options. Pick a title such as Grandma, Grammy or Grandmother, and add a name of up to 12 characters.
