Description
This personalized ceramic plant pot for grandma turns "Love Grows Here" into something she can keep on a windowsill or porch. The flowers on the front can stand for the family who grew up in her garden, so it looks like a small bouquet from everyone who loves her.
It is made for the grandma who talks to her herbs and always has fresh blooms by the door. Give it on Mother's Day, or any day you want to thank her. It also suits a mom or nana who loves to garden.
Choose how many flowers to include, from 1 to 8, and the design redraws to fit. Pick the birth flowers from 24 options, such as Carnation, Snowdrop or Iris. Then choose one of 3 backgrounds, set the title (Grandma, Mom, Nana or your own words) and add the name.
