Description
This personalized grandparents ornament links interlocking hearts carrying each grandkid's name around Grandma and Grandpa, a simple design that says the family circle keeps growing. Hung on the tree, it becomes a small yearly marker of who's part of the family now.
It's a warm gift for Grandma, Grandpa, Nana, or Poppy from grandkids of any age, perfect for Christmas, Grandparents Day, or a birthday.
Personalize it with Grandpa's and Grandma's names, the number of grandkids, a short custom message, and the year, so it fits your family exactly.
