Description
This personalized memorial pocket hug carries the words "the moment your heart stopped mine changed forever," a small keepsake made for the ache of missing someone you love. Sized to slip into a pocket, purse, or clip onto keys, it's meant to be held close, not just set on a shelf, so that moment stays within reach.
It suits anyone grieving a loved one, offering quiet comfort as a memorial gift, on the anniversary of a loss, or simply on a hard day when words fall short.
Personalize it by choosing brown or black, uploading a favorite photo, and adding a name, year, and meaningful date.
