Description
This personalized mom shirt carries the heartfelt message "Mom You Are The Piece That Holds Us Together," a quiet tribute to the person who keeps every family gathering, holiday, and everyday moment connected, no matter how busy life gets.
It's a meaningful pick for Mother's Day, or simply any day you want mom to know how much she holds everyone together.
Personalize by choosing a color and size, then add two to eight family names along with a short custom text line so the message reads just right for your family.
