Description
This personalized ceramic ornament honors two roles in one life, pairing the line "First Mom, Now Grandma" with birth-month-style flowers standing in for every child and grandchild she's raised.
It makes a heartfelt Christmas gift for a mom who became a grandma, from her kids and grandkids alike.
