How long can the message be? Up to 300 characters. Letters, numbers and most symbols print as typed.

What photo works best? A sharp, well-lit photo with your pet facing the camera and filling most of the frame. One pet per photo, no heavy filters; other people or pets in the shot can end up in the picture.
Do you keep my original photo? Yes. It stays with your order next to the AI picture, so we can check the print against it.
