Description
This personalized notebook set carries the Metta prayer, "May I be safe, may I be happy, may I be healthy, may I live with ease," alongside her name and birth flower. It gives a quiet place to write down thoughts, set intentions or keep a daily yoga journal.
It's a calming gift for a woman who values kindness and mindfulness, and a lovely way to treat yourself. Birthdays, Christmas or a simple "thinking of you" all work.
Choose the notebook alone or with a matching pen, then pick a cover color from six options. Select her birth flower from 24 choices, one of three quote styles, and add her name.
