Description
This personalized yoga mat with positive affirmations lets her start every session with a reminder of who she is. The words "I Am" lead into a list: healthy, wise, strong, wealthy, successful, powerful and brilliant. She reads them while she stretches, breathes and holds each pose.
It's a thoughtful gift for a woman who loves yoga, whether she's a daily regular or just building a home practice. Birthdays, Christmas and anniversaries all give you a good reason to hand it over, and it works for a sister, a friend or a partner.
Make it hers by picking one of 10 background styles, adding her name and choosing from five fonts. You can also pick how many mats you need, handy if the whole class wants one.
